MCI Suisse SA has reserved rooms in various hotels in different price categories in Geneva and offers competitive room rates. The majority of the hotels are located either in the city centre or in proximity to the International Conference Center Geneva (CICG), and are on a large number of bus lines. The journey from the city centre takes approximately 10 minutes by bus.

All delegates staying in a hotel in the Canton of Geneva will receive a free public transportation pass.

For Individual hotel bookings, a deposit covering the first night must accompany your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit.

 

Please note that a credit card or cash deposit may be required for potential incidental charges when completing the check-in process at the hotel.

 

Small group reservations

For bookings from 2 to 9 rooms, please use the small groups’ button on the registration page.

For Small Group hotel bookings, a deposit payment covering the total stay must accompany your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit.

 

Group reservations

If you wish to book rooms for more than 9 participants please download and fill in the reservation request form here and return it to us by email.

Kindly note that ICPIC is not holding any bookings at these hotels. Shall you wish to book a room, please contact the hotel directly. Travel costs between the hotel and the venue are not covered.
