If your abstract is accepted as a poster, you will be requested to be available for discussion during the corresponding poster viewing session. Details on poster format and full presentation guidelines are as below:

With Call4Posters™, your poster will be delivered directly to the poster hall at this year’s meeting. No need to arrange shipping or carry a poster tube through airports and incur checked bag fees.

Standard Deadline: Wednesday, 4 September 2019 at 15:00 Central European Time
Rush Deadline: Thursday, 5 September 2019 at 15:00 Central European Time
The ICPIC 2019 poster printing site will continue to accept orders after the Standard Deadline has passed, however an additional rush fee of 118 EUR (USD 125) will be added to your order until the Rush Deadline. After the Rush Deadline the site will close and no further orders will be accepted. Printing is NOT done at the meeting.
We provide complimentary design templates or you may upload your own pre-designed poster. PDF is the preferred file type for printing, however, your PowerPoint is also welcome.
With Call4Posters™, your print order will be hand-reviewed to ensure the printed poster matches the electronic file you submitted.*
